Accommodation
Limited accommodation is available in University Guest House, CUTN. Accommodation will be charged as per Guest House rates. Accommodation will be provided on request and will be managed on first come first serve basis. Shared accommodation will be provided to the outstation participants. Accompanying person will not be permitted for accommodation in Guest House. The charges for Guest House accommodation for the conference (2 days) are:
Double Occupancy Non AC Rs. 300/-
Double Occupancy AC Rs. 500/-
For accommodation, participant has to fill the Accommodation Form (https://forms.gle/H7uqPKpgBPakJhtv8) and after confirmation, pay the accommodation fee through SBI Collect.
Steps to pay through SBI Collect for Guest House Accommodation
- Click on https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm
- Select Category: Educational Institutions
- Search Educational Institutions Name: ‘Central University of TamilNadu’
- Select Payment Category: ‘Other Payments’
- Then select Payment for “Guest House Accommodation Charges”, and Category “CUTN Guests”
- Fill the Payment Reference “ReLAITE-2025 Accommodation” and then fill up other mandatory columns like Name, Designation, Mobile No., Email Id etc.
- Go to “Guest House Accommodation Charges” and fill up the “Amount to be paid as per brochure”.
- Please fill in Remarks Column: Guest House Accommodation Charges
- Please fill other mandatory columns for banking purposes by providing your Individual Details.
- Click on ‘Next’ button.
- After verifying your filled credentials, click on ‘Next’ button.
- Choose the payment gateways: Net Banking / Credit Card or Other Payment Modes
- Submit your payment gateway related details and go for payment.
- Download your Payment Receipt and note down Payment Reference Number.
- Send the payment receipt for Confirmation of Your Registration to relaite2025@gmail.com.
