Registration fee for the ReLAITE-2025 shall be as per following:

Professionals                         :         Rs. 1000/-

Research Scholars                :         Rs. 600/-

PG Students                           :         Rs. 300/-

  • Registration fee includes conference kit and working lunch during the conference days.
  • For inclusion and publication of paper in conference volume, it is mandatory that at least one author must be registered for the conference.
  • Registered author will get the certificate of participation/presentation along with Conference Kit on physical presence during the conference.
  • Research scholars and students must provide a valid ID card to register under their respective categories.
  • Registration fee is non-refundable on any circumstances.
  • Registration fee does not include accommodation charges.
  • Accommodation charges will be paid separately by the participants.
  • Registration fee will be deposited only through online mode using SBI Collect.
  • Participant has to send the digital receipt of his/her payment for the proof on relaite2025@gmail.com.
  • Registration form can be filled online using Google Form link: https://forms.gle/H7uqPKpgBPakJhtv8


Steps to pay through SBI Collect for Conference Registration

  • Select Category: Educational Institutions
  • Search Educational Institutions Name: Central University of TamilNadu
  • Select Payment Category: CUTN-Seminar/Workshop/Conference-Registration Fee
  • Select Department: Library and Information Science
  • Select Type of Program: National Conference
  • Type Period of Program: 21-22 March 2025
  • Type Name of Program: ReLAITE-2025
  • Select Category: Students Research Scholars / Academician Faculty Members
  • Please fill other mandatory columns like Name, Designation, Mobile No., Email Id etc.
  • Please fill Registration Fee Amount: Rs. 1000/600/300 and Remarks Column for your payment like Professional Registration/Research Scholar Registration/Student Registration according to your conference registration category.
  • Fee: “The amount to be paid as per brochure”
  • Please fill other mandatory columns for banking purposes by providing your Individual Details.
  • Click on ‘Next’ button.
  • After verifying your filled credentials, click on ‘Next’ button.
  • Choose the payment gateways: Net Banking / Credit Card or Other Payment Modes
  • Submit your payment gateway related details and go for payment.
  • Download your Payment Receipt and note down Payment Reference Number.
  • Send the payment receipt for Confirmation of Your Registration to relaite2025@gmail.com.
